its thursday night. my room is still in slight chaos, and my best friend is leaving tomorrow for a concert in indy. reality is setting in....and i am bubbling over with excitement, but i'm wondering if everything will really get done.

countdown to departure

Maria is seated next to me making her preparations for leaving. She is 9 days away from leaving for a year, headed to a destination unknown. Me, as her best friend, will miss her terribly. However, this, I am confident, will be a great experience for her and all her friends and family are wishing her to best!
